Purpose of the Treatment. The data you provide will be used by MATER LINGUA S.r.l. a) for the purpose and for the purpose of carrying out the “language course” as well as b) for the purpose of sending you, in the future, proposals for new language courses and information on the activities of MATER LINGUA Srl. This is information that you yourself provides or that we obtain by consulting public databases. 2. Processing methods. The methods with which personal data will be processed (in compliance with the provisions of art.32 of the GDPR 2016/679 and of Annex B of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 regarding security measures, by of persons specifically appointed and in compliance with the provisions of art.29 GDPR 2016/679) contemplate manual, IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purpose itself and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data . The Data Controller does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, of EU Regulation no. 679/2016. MATER LINGUA S.r.l. and the Data Controller does not require the communication of data that can be qualified as “particular categories of personal data” and that is data that reveal “racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership, as well as data genetic, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person. ” 3. Provision of data. The provision of data for the purposes referred to in letter a) of point 1 is mandatory since without it it is not possible to implement the language course; your refusal to authorize the processing will make it impossible to process your request. The provision for letter b) of point 1 is, however, optional. 4. Communication and dissemination of data. The data provided may be disclosed to interested parties in the organization of the language course such as, for example, the Theater Management and any public bodies for tax and administrative purposes. The data will not, however, be disseminated by the Company. 5. Data retention. In application of the purpose of the processing, your data will be kept for the entire execution time of the chosen language course as well as for the following 5 (five) years both as regards proposals for future language courses and activities of MATER LINGUA S.r.l. (letter b of point 1) and for both fiscal and administrative purposes. 5. Data Controller.
